The technician (D) was terrific! It cost the $50 assessment fee & my Encompass Home Warranty plan,. The gentleman wore a mask and took off his shoes. He uncovered a vacuum problem with my AC system. The home is new to me and this was the first time I'd turned on the AC only to have it fail. He figured out there was a leak and assessed that he could repair it. Precision got approval from Encompass and he fixed the leak and recharged the system. I had a great night's sleep. Thank you for your professionalism and speed of service. I will recommend Precision HVAC
