Our A/C was not cooling down the house as it used to. This is a 4 yrs old house so we were a little concerned. My brother recommended Leaford.

The technician (D) was terrific! It cost the $50 assessment fee & my Encompass Home Warranty plan,. The gentleman wore a mask and took off his shoes. He uncovered a vacuum problem with my AC system. The home is new to me and this was the first time I'd turned on the AC only to have it fail. He figured out there was a leak and assessed that he could repair it. Precision got approval from Encompass and he fixed the leak and recharged the system. I had a great night's sleep. Thank you for your professionalism and speed of service. Amazing company! On Sunday my fiancé and I turned on our air conditionwe for the first time since moving into our new home and it didn’t work. After a couple days of troubleshooting we decided to call Precision HVAC based on their amazing reviews and we were not disappointed! I called this morning at 6:40 am and was pleasantly surprised that I was already scheduled same day at 10 am. Just before 8 am, I received a call asking if I was available as someone was in my area and I was ecstatic! Garfield came to our home and listened to my concerns and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. He recommended we have the coolant checked and I said we should be fine but I should have listened to Garfield! He was back tonight to refill our coolant which was basically empty. Now we’re comfortable in our home! Thanks to Garfield and team for their amazing customer service, professionalism and care demonstrated when fixing our unit.

My furnace was not working properly (no heat) and so I requested Precision HVAC to come out and investigate and possibly fix it. The service man arrived around 9:30 on a Saturday night and he just dilly dally for three hours and did not do anything to resolve the issues with the service.

He was just incurring hours so her could charge me for an unresolved issue.

I had to call in another service man the following day to get the issue resolved.

As a new homeowner dealing with a furnace that has been aged and no idea when it was last serviced was very confusing and scary. The service I was provided helped me feel comfortable and confident as photos were taken and conversations happened with each step of the process to show me how to properly care for my furnace and what repairs and such were needed. Thank you for taking the stress out of the situation and educating and empowering me for the future.

One of our heating units at our restaurant wasn’t working.
We call precision HVAC, the technician help me troubleshoot the problem, with in couples hours he was on site resolving the problem.

Our air conditioner stopped working suddenly last night. Today, the hottest day of the summer so far, we called Precision HVAC. The lady who answered the phone was professional and helpful. Leaford called us back promptly and told us he would be over shortly.
He came and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He provided with the part needed and he filled our air conditioner with fluid. He was friendly and helpful. He advised us that the system would get us through the summer and to think about a replacement for our outdated air conditoner for the following summer. I recommend this company and will be using them in the future for our heating and cooling needs.

Service man came when indicated. Examined furnace and found problem. Changed filter. Explained problem about water in furnace. Turned furnace on and waited to see if furnace operation was correct.
