Maydone Appliance Repair

My very old refrigerator stopped freezing things. One technician came, and had me defrost the unit, which was difficult. When this did not work, another technician, Alex, came and performed heroic measures. He was able to single-handedly pull out the insanely heavy unit and locate, a clogged drain that he fixed manually, restoring my shed, broken down, appliance to a state of majesty. He was courteous, efficient, and brilliant, I think. He got to the heart of the problem so quickly, and while he could have asked me to secure a new appointment until he got some assistance, he persevered. The melting-ice/food experience with something of an ordeal, and when he fixed it, I practically applauded. I cant imagine a better and more professional technician. Incidentally, no money was lost from the first visit, which was billed as a standard consultation even though the first tech also worked very hard.
