I hired Rusco Electric Services to install a bathroom fan. This was a delicate installation, but Hadi handled it with extreme confidence, care and patience. He is very knowledgeable and detailed, as he was able to navigate through difficult challenges with solutions. He is a consummate professional, courteous and very respectful of one's property as was his helper Joshua. This company is all about customer focus putting me at ease as well. Hadi's work is extremely neat as to say that no one was ever in my home. Thank you Hadi for a job well done. You surely exceeded my expectations.

I needed an emergency electrical work done on the weekend after a truck pulled down the hydro wires and the pole connected to the house. Hadi came half an hour after I called him (on a Saturday late afternoon) to see what he would need for the repair. He and his team were at my house Sunday morning. The job was completed by late afternoon. Hadi and the whole team were very knowledgeable, kind and understanding of my situation. I am truly thankful to them for the quick and professional response. Will recommend them 100%.

Following installation of new quartz countertops, I discovered that several kitchen outlets would need to be moved in order for the backsplash to be installed. I contacted Hadi as he was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, it turned out that my entire kitchen needed to be re-wired as it was not up to code. Fortunately, Hadi and his team did a wonderful job of re-wiring and re-positioning the outlets with minimal damage to drywall and tile. I was particularly concerned about potential damage to the tile and was delighted with the result (see photo) which left the tile intact. Many thanks to Hadi and his team for doing a great job!

A large tree in our front yard fell onto a hydro wire disconnecting our electricity and bending the stand pipe on top of the roof. I called Rusco Electric Services on Friday morning, explained the situation to Hadi and he and his team arrived at our home and completed this very labor intensive job by Friday evening.
He is a pre-approved ESA electrician, extremely professional and ensured that the work was done properly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires a qualified professional and will keep him and his staff in mind for any future projects.

Very professional and trustworthy. Hadi and his team installed a light fixture in our condo and although it was a tricky installation since the fixture was heavy, Hadi did a remarkable job and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use Rusco's services again for anything electrical.

We contacted Rusco Electric Services for electrical services on the recommendation of a neighbor. They responded within a day and came to our home within a week. We had several outdoor lights that needed to be replaced with new fixtures. Hadi was the service technician -- superb; competent work; efficient; wore protective gear. We had a second project, Hadi responded within a week and again competent work, pleasant person. We are now having a third project done -- replacing 13 ceiling lights in our rec room; on Hadi's advice replacing high energy use halogen lights with low energy LED lights. We will continue to use Hadi and Rusco Electric for all future electrical needs, and we will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Rusco Electric service came to my condo last week to investigate and fix partial power failure but after inspecting told me he could not find the cause and needed to open up several walls. We did not agree because it would have destroyed my condo and cost thousands more. He charged $203 for his visit for doing nothing. I got another electrician who fixed it in 15 minutes.

BEWARE, my experience was bad with this company.
