Terrible experience: started ok but eventually didn't come back, kept the money, left everything out and dirty and I had to pay another contractor to finish the work. In addition, he didn't even sign a legal contract, the one he left behind he impersonated another contractor who was also aggravated by this!

Bik took our money and never completed the job. He is very unreliable, inexperienced and does not know anything about construction. My basement is a mess and I need to get another contractor to repair and redo the work. Caveat Emptor “Buyers Beware”, because he comes across as been nice and offers a low price, but the job will not be done.

We hired Bik Construction to build a full bathroom in our basement.
A couple of months after the job was done we noticed the tile flooring for the shower was growing fungus and the grout was breaking apart. We called Mr Sidhu to come and fix it. He said it needed to be replaced which he did on his expense which we appreciated. However, he did an even worse job second time round and the tiles were even worse than the first time. When we tried to call him to come and fix it again that's when he started ignoring our texts, emails and phone calls. He even blocked our phone numbers. At one point when we eventually got a hold of him, he said he'll send us $400 as he can't fix it any more. But he never did.

During that time we had to find another contractor that did the job perfectly but set us back $400 for his costs and the tile costs. To date - Sep 9 - Mr Sidhu has not paid us back for the extra costs that we had to bear due to his awful job and terrible customer service. Do NOT hire this guy, otherwise you will get the same crappy treatment and service. We have been trying to contact him for 3 weeks now and he continues to ignore us. We have already reported him and his company to the Better Business Bureau and we'll be posting this review all over the Internet.

Did a very good and satisfied job. I heartly appreciate the work. The work was done with full honesty.

He is a cool person and patient. Quality is most important than quantity to him. I am fully satisfied on his work.
