Neighbour had windows installed. Went to see them. Really liked them. Within days Walter was in touch with us to measure windows. He spoke with me about the pro's and con's of certain windows. He advised me on colour and type. VERY pleased with his knowledge. Windows were suppose to be installed within 2 weeks. (VERY prompt service). Pandemic closed down factories. Walter was in touch to let me know what was happening and to assure me that they didn't forget us. As soon as people went back to work, he called and within a very short time the windows were installed. The installation staff were polite and very knowledgable. They even cleaned up all the mess. Even vacuumed my front hall rug. The installers stayed past 6 pm to finish the job rather than disturbing another day for us. I can not say enough about Walter and his staff. They are truly a wonderful company to have worked with. I would have them back in our home to do other projects in a heart beat!!! I am so impressed with the workmanship and the quick and personal service by Walter and the staff that was in our home. Highly recommend better view solutions!!!
