HeavyD landscaping

i hired Heavy D's to do my landscaping. Unfortunately i didn't check a review on him, i just felt to give a growing business a chance but the dude's attitude is shocking. Almost half of the sod turned grey after 2 weeks. He asked i water twice in the morning and twice in the evening which i did. Eventually i reached out to Ron Paul who told me what to do and with his advice and help they came back to life but a few had died. Daniel from Heavy D mentioned earlier when i asked about warranty that they would replace a few if they die. He sent me a text promising to replace 50sods and i told him all we needed was 5-10sods. He kept ignoring my calls and texts. I tried to make excuses that it wasn't is fault most likely the hot weather but he is so unprofessional and he kept blaming me that i didn't water the lawn. I incurred a huge water bill from watering the lawn and this guy kept passing the blame by saying i wrecked my lawn that i paid him $3500 for. The rocks on the side he piled them up in heaps and was supposed to return to spread them, he didn't do that either. I don't understand why a growing business would lack so much customer service skills. He was quick enough to tell me to leave him a negative review or take him to small claims court. I don't have that kind of time to waste going to small claims. I have told him he has 1 week to fix before i take my next lime of action and he said i should go on with my dumb threats. Lol.. the guy is a huge joke. Please if you want good landscaping service, stay away from Heavy D..... Good luck
