From Andrea on the design team, to Elias the project manager and the framers, drywallers, painters and stainers, the work was don on time and on budget, very satisfied with the proccess and the end result.

Things that went well:
Workmanship of the trades people, they did an excellent job with the installations and they also maintained cleanliness of the area at the end of each day.
We had selected laminated flooring but we were provided vinyl flooring with a better colour at no extra charge, which was a very nice gesture on the part of the company.
The company was flexible in accommodating our changes during the renovation.
Overall, we would recommend the company for basement renovations.

Things you need to be aware of:
Sales- be ready for additional costs that are not included in the contract,
when the trades come in to do the actual work.
Electrician - we didn't find him to be very customer friendly, and that was also communicated to the PM.
Bar counter top - The measurements were not done correctly, therefore, counter does not even have enough leg space underneath the counter and had to pay extra for the ledge which we thought was included during our design review.
Bathroom tiles: tiles were not installed per the flow of the design (we have the same tiles in our other bathroom so we can tell the difference)
From a project management perspective, we hired Reno Rocket to finish our basement and our reason for that was , we as home owners lack the intricacies of renovation. The whole Reno Rocket team was great to work with, especially Elias, who was very accommodating when required.

Great work from Elias and team. They made practical use of a small basement with a great design, with modern finishes (lots of selection across laminate & tile) and solid worksmanship. Loved their open and transparent approach to estimate/scoping. Overall smooth process and were very flexible to get started sooner than other companies.

We researched other companies...decided on Reno Rocket...price was very fair...and there was flexibilities in the project. This flexibility didn't stop at contract time...it continued. I found that to be a big plus because they realize that the home owner is part of the project THROUGHOUT.

Very happy with the outcome. Friends and family have given the basement positive comments.

After multiple evaluations we chose to go with Renorocket for our basement renovation.Domenic was a pleasure to work with regarding the estimates and the initial options.Post finalizing the terms it was a wonderful experience working with Seagal -over all coordinator,Silvia for design and options,Anthony - Project Manager,who ensured the project tasks were completed on time and per plan.The trades deployed by reno rocket were professionals and each one of them performed their jobs and inspite of covid and other uncertanities,the project was completed per plan and the basement looks fantastic.The project included legal approval from the city which was managed by reno rocket without any issues reported out.For folks who are looking for basement to be completed , renorocket and its team is a good company to go with.

This was our first major renovation, and was a good experience. Doing a complete basement reno during COVID I am sure the experience may be different than that of 2 years ago. The trades/contractors were great, respected our personal space and COVID awareness. Quoting and contacting was flexible and accommodating. Reno worked closely to accommodate our design needs and the project kicked off fast and exciting but slowed down near the finishes. The end product is a beautiful basement that has expanded our living space. We love it and utilize every inch every day.
