My basement renovations with Reno Rocket has been completed for over a year now and we are extremely happy with the work they have done. From start to finish, Reno Rocket feels like a family company who truley cares about your project. They have never dismissed my concerns and have been realistic and set the right expectations. With a full basement reno including a luxurious bathroom, office, laundry room, spare bedroom, entertainment area, wet bar, and fireplace, there will always be some issues that crop up. But Reno Rocket was always extremely professional, understanding, and worked with us to come up with a solution. We felt like they were true partners on our project.

Also I can confidently say that even after a year post our renovations, if we still have questions or issues they have been very prompt is helping us resolve it.

From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Sylvia the designer, helped me take my design to live. She put my vision together with impeccable attention to detail and helped me choose the best materials for my home.

First, they completely transformed my two full baths optimizing the layout, making my bathrooms not just beautiful but also more accessible and user-friendly. Which was something I truly wanted to achieve. Second, they layed out the new floor that Sylvia helped me choose, giving the space a refreshed and clean look. Finally, lets discuss the feature wall. Wow! The statement wall has become the focal point of my living space. The craftsmanship is outstanding; the texture, colour, and overall design create a stunning visual impact that has garnered compliments from everyone who visits. They also made a builtin for storage that a desperately needed to put away toys, consoles, etc. making the space not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and clean.

Communication with the team was seamless throughout the entire process. Elias managed the project and was on top of everything to get the project done in a timely manner. The demolition was super quick and they kept me informed of the timeline while also, making suggestions along the way that enhanced the overall outcome. Their professionalism and dedication to their craft truly set them apart. Fabio the painter, did an amazing job and I drove him crazy with the shoe moldings which I wanted done to perfection.

I contracted Reno Rocket for a complete home remodel this past summer which included the basement, main and 2nd floor. I was told 12-14 weeks, but they managed to finish everything in just under 12 weeks. All of their staff and sub trades were pros and easy to work with. Site manager Elias was always on the ball and adaptable, especially during demolition. Overall, the experience was 10/10 and I will definitely work with this team again.
