I had put a service request in with Homestars that I needed my roof replaced. Innovation was one of the companies that responded promptly. After initially speaking - I had a quote within the same day, I approved the quote, job was done within 3 days! I was in a rush as it is a rental property and the tenants were notifying me of leaks coming into top floor.
I indicated that I wanted a long term job, so Klyde added brand new plywood over entire roof as well (I did pay extra).
I shopped around a bit- but was in a bit of a rush and some of the bigger names were telling me 3-4 - I couldn't wait that long with these downpours we have been having! I wouldn't say the price was lower r higher- it was in the range of what it should have been.
Bottom line is - Klyde was prompt, professional, honest (sent me pictures along the way for progress), work was on time (or faster!), looked great and I am very happy with the service and quality of work. Highly recommend!
