I was impressed by the promptness of the first service call (same day) and the followup (next day). The first diagnostic call seems a bit expensive but the followup was very thorough. Won did a great job on replacing the fan as it took him much longer than originally estimated. Although not clear from the start (as there was no written quote provided) I was pleased it was a firm price quote for the replacement so I didnt have to pay extra for the extra time. I was concerned that the original fan couldnt be tested as it seemed to work well (when the ice buildup was removed) but once everything was apart we felt it was prudent to put the new fan in despite the cost. Overall the repair took longer than expected and was expensive but the workmanship was good so hopefully it lasts.
