I really wish people would leave their first name so I knew who wrote which review, if any. But Thank-you LOL.
Responding very quickly (typically but not perfect) is something I pride myself on. One of the biggest complaints most homeowners have, when calling contractors, is their slow, or complete lack, of return calls when trying to get a quote.
Most contractors wear too many hats: They're the front line person (responding to calls or not), they're the person with the highest skill-set on the job site which means they have to be on site all day keeping projects moving, then after working on the job all day they have to deal with doing quote, paperwork, etc. So they're continually running ragged.
CONCRETE REPLACEMENT EXPERTS INC is built on a team mentality. I hire great people who have great skills and I let them do their thing. I set the expectations, do the quality control, advise the crew where they slipped, and how they can do better. Constant improvement.
And we stay focused on 1-2 areas of the concrete industry: Residential driveway replacement (including their garage pad, and sidewalk if needed), and other slab on grade work. Which allows us to truly excel at our service & quality workmanship.
Which is why at this point we have won BEST OF CATEGORY with HOMESTARS for concrete contractors in the Edmonton area for the 2020 & 2021 seasons, the first two full seasons we were with them. We'll continue to strive for this quality and look forward to winning again, in the spring of 2023 for the 2022 season.
