I was very happy with Sam and clean guys from start to finish. Sam communicated with me in a timely manner, was kind and courteous over the phone, and took the time to understand my needs. They provided great sodding services. It was a big project to remove, and level our lawn, but it was worth it since it got rid of the grubs and the new sod looks beautiful! Would highly recommend Sam and his staff.

Last season I had 3000 sq ft of grass that was just full of weeds and I called Sam from CleanGuys and he gave me pricing for removing the weeds and then putting soil and seeds (which is what I asked for). And then he also sent me a quote for sod install which to my surprise was more cost effective then the whole plan that I thought I needed. Anyways it was great work and they even made a garden bed for me beside my home and put mulch in it and some plants.

Amazing and friendly guys, fast service, good at what they do, no damage to the house at all, so scraping or any scratches anywhere, very satisfied with my service today

Personable crew. Poor communication

Quick to respond and schedule appointment. I asked about cleaning tracks. I was told they are done by request. I requested at time of scheduling. Most of the glass looked good a couple of small windows’ glass did not look as polished as others. As I moved about the house after completion, I realized none of the tracts had been cleaned AND debris from some of the screen replacement was left obviously upon window sills. I contacted office on day of service with pictures, and was promised they would “make it right”. Office admitted they failed to communicate to crew to service tracks.
It is now over a week later and after 4 written attempts to communicate with them, no one has returned my communications. I was told twice in writing I would be contacted- still waiting.

Very efficient and friendly parties very thorough. I will definatly be utilizing their services again...
