The site Foreman showed up when stated. The project was reviewed and it was explained what work would be done. The pathways on both sides of the house were exceptionally done, more than I expected. The patio at the back was done so neatly it's very eye pleasing with a lot of room to entertain. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Both jobs were completed satisfactorily and done professionally. The workmen arrived on time and finished the job in one day. The company will have my first call for any future work required in my home.

I live in a bungalow built in the 1950s. The cement front porch was in need of repair. In addition a ramp is attached to be wheelchair accessible. Theodore and Sophie came to assess the job and realizing the special needs and urgency began work shortly after. The repair was completed on time as estimated with the ramp reattached, clean up and care throughout the process.

Theodore and co were professionals to deal with and I would/ am recommending them for projects.

We were looking to renovate our condo so we could sell it. We gought all the materials, but then didn't know what to do. Our washroom was in need of an upgrade for quite some time and we had the luck of having Ted and his team do such amazing work!! Ted came and worked al the details out for us so we could have what we imagined.

Based on using Homestars matching service, TT7 ended up doing the basement waterproofing of my house. Theodore and Sophia came to the house initially to determine what was causing my water issues. After sorting that out, discussing options with me, and taking the measurements, I was provided a detailed written estimate and worked commenced pretty shortly thereafter. Work involved a full dig around the outside of the house with related repairs and installation of new weepers and the blue skin and plastic membranes on the walls. Theodore showed up early each morning to get started and he and his crew worked very hard to complete the work quickly before the winter weather created issues. The work was neat and appears to have been very well done. He and Sophia communicated regularly during the project. I was quite impressed with how meticulous Theodore was in reinstalling my patio stones, gates, etc (as good or better than before). Very nice people to deal with. Easily recommend them. Hopefully, we'll have a dry spring in the house.

I was pleased with the installation of sink taps and caulking around tubs in two of my bathrooms. The company arranged for the work to be staged so that at no time were we without a bathroom.

For a long time my parents complained about their yard. Finally we decided to fix it and we checked a few contractors and found Ted from TT7 General Construction. He transformed the old yard into a clean, modern masterpiece. Ted's work created a beautiful and clean look for their home.
