Security System and Water Softening
Wanted a security system that would be easy to use and accessible remotely. Everything we were told was provided effectively and efficiently. This included cameras, wiring, base station and installation on our phones and computers. The installers knew what they were doing and did not make a mess, have any exposed wires and installed the equipment in the exact locations we chose. Once installed, we were given an orientation and provided with a web site that we could consult. Telephone numbers were also provided should we want to speak to someone about a question. Overall, all our expectations were met.
About 2 months later we decided to update our water softener. We called Enercents and they came to see us promptly. They asked a few questions and wanted to know what our overall objectives were. We wanted reliability, economical operation and a long term warranty from a Canadian company. We got what we asked for. The unit is extremely quiet, easy to program and it uses very little salt. The warranty provided is for 25 years and the company is located in Barrie, Ontario. I phoned the company to inquire about the warranty and they indicated that there was a full 25 year warranty. The unit has been installed for 4 months and has used only 1/2 a bag of salt. We never hear it run and our water is very soft.
We have recommended Enercents to our friends and family without hesitation. They too have been very satisfied with the service and equipment.
