they quote 650.00 then pack truck tell you to sign contract but didn't give a copy. Then say it will be alittle extr office will call. Leave to go to your next house only to be told you need to give them 3000.00 in cash to get your stuff back. They say its 7000 pounds when its no more than 900 pounds. We told them to take it to be weight, but instead they just took the stuff to a warehouse. They took my two year old childs clothes furniture and personal id as well. I say they ripe you off for sure. The truck only had one queen bed a toddler bed coffee table, 2 seater couch, toys and dresser. It was not even close to half full. Now they also holding my medications as well. I took a pic of how little furniture was in the truck.

Price was 3.5x the quote plus a delay plus damaged items. I can't stomach the thought of contacting them again so I will absorb the loss. I did not read the reviews posted on other sites which predicted exactly the issues I would have (my fault!). No upside. Just a terrible experience and a costly mistake.

Terrible, terrible,
1. Very late. Took 2 days instead of 1.
2. Changed trucks overnight somewhere but who knows.
3. Displaced because of the 2 days and no help.
4. Numerous broken items
5. Booked with one company , had to pay another before furniture even unloaded.
PLEASE THINK TWICE !!!
