ID Twns Mechanical and Francesco are great! I have several medical clinics throughout the GTA and he maintains each one exceptionally well. We have to adhere to very high standards given were a medical clinic which he is always able to meet. He will remind me when services are due and is already prepared to book a site visit to get the work done. ID Twns accommodates last minute requests and always makes my life easier. What more can I ask for? I'll continue using him for all of my clinics.

Francesco, has completed many jobs for me over the years , and is always on time, very professional, very knowladgable with all aspects of plumbing, he is very tidy and clean when it comes to his work. he left my washroom spotless. I could not be more impressed and happy with the work I have received from him.

Francesco is most unexperienced unprofessional individual I am ever hired. He was late daily, difficult to deal with and used profound language around my children. I would not recommend him to a stranger never mind a family member

I could not be more impressed with the work I had done. My shower wouldn't turn off and it turns out it had a very old cartridge. Fransesco came in, knew right away what had to be done, had the parts the next day and got to work.
Professional and courteous and fairly priced.
I have more work that needs to be done and will be calling this company to do it.

I had a service call to unclog a kitchen sink, turned out the blockage was bigger then expected. Thought of ID TWNS MECHANCIAL INC, right away and knew he was the man for the job. If it wasn't for him id be there all night. with his expertise and the tools for the job managed to get it done very quick and clean. Homeowner and myself were very impressed and happy. Definitely will recommend these guys.
