Advance Marble & Granite

Advance marble was wonderful from start to finish. Jessie is amazing and made my experience pleasant and stress free. Everyone that was part of the whole process were so quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend advance marble.

I went to there show room and met with Jessica. She was fantastic to work with. She got a quote for me the next morning and i placed the order. She gave me a completion date and I picked up the order on time and everything fit like a glove.

A repair to my countertop resulted in the inexperienced installer damaging adjacent cabinetry. He did not prep the area to protect the cabinetry at all. If I hadn't brought it to his attention he would have left without mentioning it to me. Even worse than that is that Jesse, Mary and Renato (owner) ALL continue to IGNORE MY NUMEROUS EMAILS. Sometimes admitting fault goes a long way but hey, not everyone knows how to display professionalism. AND the best part is that I work in the industry and sell their product. So if they don't care about ME, will they care about anyone else? I've given many opportunities for months to respond back, so have no choice but to resort to homestars so others wont have to experience what I have.

Jessie Davidson was exceptional to work with from start to finish. She was patient and understanding of our unique circumstances and never made me feel like I was a pain! The gentleman that lasered was polite and thorough and the installers, Calvin & Robin we’re very nice and efficient.

All in all, very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service

Easy to book a time for the measurement - the technician called to confirm 1/2 hour before arrival - was polite and efficient - fabrication was completed a day before it was promised and installed on time and with no hassle or issues

Pricing was slightly cheaper than other providers - better price and great service - I totally would recommend !!!!!!
