Pricing was competitive & fair. Turnaround time was more than reasonable. Chainsaw was returned not just repaired but also personnel took the time to wipe & clean the unit too, Overall experience exceeded expectations!

My snow blower drive shaft failed in the middle of clearing my driveway. This was a week before Christmas. I phoned Yarmand about the problem thinking I better get used to shovelling snow, as I probably would not get it back before the New Year. Farid arranged for it to be picked up the next day, issue was fixed and snowblower returned the same day. All this for a very reasonable price for pickup and repairs. Great company, excellent service over the several years O have used their services. Would definitely recommend them.

Original wheel rim was ordered online through PartsBay which is connected to Yarmand. The rim came within three days which was quicker than expected, however the rim was defective. When I tried to contact someone from PartsBay or Yarmand it was difficult getting through on the telephone to anyone due to the automated answering service and contact by email or chat (automated) didn't work either. I finally got through by clicking the automated answering for curbside pickup and spoke to someone direct who took care of reordering the part which came with three days. They need to reexamine their system from a customer's point of view for access to a real person to deal with product issues.

I had purchased Stihl MS291 gas chainsaw from Yarmand in November 2019. It was not suitable for me. Although it had been almost six months, Masood at Yarmand was very accommodating and gave me the full credit for the chainsaw. I then bought Stihl MSA160 battery operated chainsaw.

After ordering the wrong part and returning finally got it right. All my fault but Yarmand staff was patient and delivered what I need. Would recommend. Glad to see customer service is not dead everywhere. Well done.
