Bryce and his crew did a whole house reno for me in approxiately 2 months. The total cost of the reno was 60 thousand dollars, as originally estimated. Bryce and his company completed the reno in a timely manner and stayed with in my budget. Bryce was always accessible whenever I needed to contact him and was always happy and prompt to answer any questions and concerns. Bryce's crew was very professional and respectful of my house, neighbours and neighbourhood . Bryce always kept me informed and updated with the progress and status of different stages of the project. I will be reccommending him to friends and family and will be using him again for future projects.

Vail &Co.Construction were very skilled and quick when putting up our fence for the back yard. They used 6x6 posts and gave us a privacy fence with the height of 8 feet. Which gave us 2 sections of privacy as seen the pic.The rest of the fence was 6 and a half. We were very pleased with the work which was done and everything was cleaned after completion. We would highly recommend Vail & Co. for any of your construction needs.

The bathroom reno that was done by Vail & co. turned out better than I had expected. I put a lot of trust in Bryce and his team and I was not disappointed in anyway. They worked every day and if I had a question or concern they listened and did everything they could to make me happy. The attention to detail and quality of work was excellent. Vail & Co. completed a structural support post replacement in my basement.
It was done professionally and the work exceeded my expectations.
The faulty post had been causing me stress but Vail & Co. did a cost efficient post replacement which exceeded the strength and workmanship of the initial support.
