Vail and co was hired to install new kitchen cabinets and countertops. They were very pleasant to deal with. Rebecca and Bryce were both very knowledgeable, polite, and very honest and upfront. The process from quoting, to signing, to installation was seamless. Rebecca sat down and had a signing appointment with us and gave us you the information we needed which was new for us, we had never experienced that with other contractors. We will never hire another contractor again.

We received a few quotes for an en-suite renovation and decided to choose Vail and Co. We can say that we are extremely pleased with the outcome of our project - our en-suite looks amazing. Bryce, John, Tyler, Rebecca and the rest of the crew were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and kept us up to date regularly. The work was completed in the estimated time and they were even able to accommodate some last minute changes and address an electrical issue in another part of the house.

Bryce, Tyler, Rebecca and their teams were the best contractors I've ever worked with. There were NO surprises. Everything was exactly as quoted and as agreed upon. I was worried thought the project because I've never done a full bathroom before however they guided me and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.

Great service, great workmanship. Everything fully explained in advance and completed on time.
