Deck not completed, poor finishing & lack of customer respect

We hired Pellegrino Designs in October 2017 to build our elevated deck He started the job and then never returned to complete it. We had to chase him for over 6 months and got nothing more than empty promises. For ex. he repeatedly promised to return to fix and complete the deck but wouldn’t show or have the common courtesy to call. He also didn’t clean up his mess, left his scraps and dirt from digging the posts for us to have to get rid off. He also has no regard to safety as he left the deck without temporary railings or a barrier over the winter. Also, craftsmanship and finishing were horrendous. stay away!!
