Calgary Egress Windows

Everyone at this company was pleasant to deal with. They arrived on time, did great work, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.

I have never posted a review before, good or bad, but am making an exception for Calgary Egress Window...I highly recommend them.

My egress framing collapsed with age and needed replacing. Calgary Egress came out, quoted me half of what the other guys' quote was, and did it faster than promised and very satisfactorily. They doubled the thickness of the wood so that it will last longer, and braced it up very nicely.

I would highly recommend Calgary Egress windows. Paul was very prompt and helpful through the whole process. We enlarged one small window in our basement and it has been a huge difference and is now up to code as well. The job took two days and we were happy to have it done so professionally. The first day of the project was excavation and concrete cutting and happy to have their skilled team doing that. The workmanship was of high quality along with the cleanup and still appreciating it several months later!

We used Calgary Egress Windows to install one egress window and to replace the remaining basement windows. The work was carried out professionally and all while we were away, the quote was accurate, and when we came home the new windows were installed and otherwise we could not tell that they’d been there. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

This is the second 48"x30" basement egress window Paul and Josh have install for us. Punctual, organized, great work, and the site was clean and tidy when they left.

From the first phone call for a quote to the completion of the project, we couldn't be more pleased. The egress window allows much more light than before into the basement bedroom. The custom-built PT wood window-well with flower planter/step looks better than we could have hoped for. Paul on the business side and Josh (and Jake) on the installation/build side were professional, efficient, patient and attentive to detail. Thank you for a job well done.
