We had spent a large amount of money for a window solution to bring the “outside in” to our home in Toronto. There was no screen included in the package so we went looking for a way to keep the bugs out. Scott made the effort to come to us out of his usual operating area, suggest a variety of solutions and prices AND take utmost care on a complicated install in our newly renovated home. Quality-check. Reliability-check. Value-check. And add to that Scott is an honest great guy...experience could not have been better.
