Hired Enviro Pro last summer to paint the ceiling of our carport. Recently, we noticed that the paint was peeling. We called to schedule a return visit. We were booked for a visit on June 28/19 between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. However, no one showed up. We called the company back and were rescheduled for July 5/19 at 9:00 a.m. Again, no one showed up and no one called us to indicate a problem. We called yet again on July 5/19 and were told that someone would come at 9:00 a.m. on July 6/19. The employee finally arrived at 9:30 a.m.
When contacting the service manager about these issues, he was very rude to us on the telephone We finally heard back from the owner on Monday, July 8/19. He wanted us to change our review on another site and given the amount of frustration and their lack of communication and organization, we indicated that we were not willing to accommodate this request. As the saying goes: "choose the behaviour, choose the consequences". The employees in this company need more training to fine tune their ability to coordinate job requests and need to learn to communicate with clients. When the owner explained their policy this morning, we indicated that none of this information was provided to us during our interactions with staff. We will not be using this company again, nor do we recommend it to anyone else.
