Drawings for Load-Bearing Wall Removal
We hired Mohammad based on his excellent Homestars reviews and we have not been disappointed.
He was very thorough in taking measurements and assessing the structure of our house. He has been punctual and easy to reach/responsive. He was patient and detailed in answering our questions, on site and on the phone. Most importantly, he provided us detailed and accurate drawings, as promised, within a week of his visit (and in them he was able to help us avoid an ugly post despite the tricky location and length of our load-bearing wall).
We haven't yet hired a contractor to complete the work but Mohammad has already indicated he is happy to work with our contractors/the city wherever his assistance is needed.
We would not hesitate to recommend Mohammad to others!
