Mohammad answered my Homestars request within minutes and we booked a consult a couple of weeks out. He came on time, was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the possible options of removing a load bearing wall. In addition to him confirming that our wall was indeed load bearing, we also hired him to produce a set of architectural drawings that we can now give to a future contractor once we are ready. to do the renovations. We will also likely consult Mohammad once the projects starts so that he can confirm that our contractor follows his specifications.

Mohammed came for a site visit and despite my children running around he remained very calm and focused. He got the job done quickly, efficiently and promptly applied for our permit. During this time he remain readily available, if needed, communication was always smooth. Permit was approved in record timing. Dont hesitate to call him. After a lot of research myself, I got 4-5 quotes, his pricing is very competitive and well deserved.

We asked Sauzteq Engineering to do the drawings for our house to prepare for an upcoming reno. Mohammad was very professional and polite. He had to cut a few holes in the drywall and ceiling to check the beams but he did it in a way that I can repair it easily. He didnt break it open with a hammer so anyone who has ever repaired drywall can appreciate his clean work. The drawings were done the following week, on time with his promise. Im very happy with his service. 100% would recommend!
