Peter was very professional and clear about the services that he provides so there was no ambiguity over what was included as part of the duct cleaning. He took the time to explain how he would clean the ducts and the equipment that he would use. The duct cleaning was exactly as explained, it took about 2.5 hours, didn't cause any mess.
