We just put in a new boiler furnace in our house. They expertly took out our old oil tank and furnace very quickly and with great precision. The new boiler works like a charm, they answered all our questions and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Boiler Shoppe to anyone who is looking to put in a new boiler.

Ricardo and his team at The Boiler Shoppe provided a wonderful service! They provided a fair quote and the install team was very friendly and professional (and very quickly done!)

After having issues with our Vitodens boiler, we tried calling around for help to repair it. Long story short, quit wasting your time calling around and just call the people at The Boiler Shoppe.

1. They are the only people that has someone answering the phone that understands this technology

2. They actually follow through on what they say they are going to do.

Trust us, we’ve been through the list, and wished we called Ricardo at The Boiler Shoppe first. We even had a company quote us $12k to replace our Vitodens boiler (with an inferior one) claiming that it couldn’t be fixed. Ricardo’s guy had the problem solved in less than 1/2 hour!

Honest service, knowledgeable people, and follow through makes this place the right one to depend on.

Ricardo and team did a fantastic job from initial quote all the way to installation and aftercare followup. I required a new boiler and hot water tank and Ricardo advised me on the pros and cons of getting a combi boiler or separate units -- In the end I am very happy with his recommendations and would not hesitate to use The Boiler Shoppe again in the future. Much appreciated.

Recently we installed Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner (one main outdoor unit covers 3 indoor seperate zones) in our house through duckless.ca. Both their sales and installation teams are very professional. We really appreciate thier quick and excellent service.

Be careful with the Boiler Shoppe and make sure that you have all verbal promises in writing, especially in terms of what EXACTLY the cooling and/or heating functions of the Ductless Boiler system are expected to do and achieve in your home. The Heating system only reached one floor but I was promised it would "warm the house" in the off seasons. Not so!

The boiler shop installed a new boiler in my house. Ricardo the sales representative was very kind and helpful. The workers who installed the boiler were also very kind and did an excellent job on providing quality service.

I contacted The Boiler Shoppe through Ductless.ca to inquire about installing a Mitsubishi Split system heat pump in our home. The head installer, Pat Nolan, was so helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns that I didn’t bother contacting anyone else for a quote... the price he gave me was just shy of what I expected to pay so I didn’t see any point in looking elsewhere.
Since I had all the information I needed and a fair price, thanks to Mr. Nolan, we proceeded to book an appointment for the following week.
On the day of the install Ahmad and his young colleague arrived on time and got right to work. Since they were replacing a 17 year old existing unit that had outlived its usefulness I was kept informed at every step of the process.
It would be fair to say that these guys really knew what they were doing. Their work was quick, tidy, and efficient, in short, as professional as my expectations. Did I mention that Pat Nolan dropped by to check on the progress and have a nice chat with me before moving on with his day. All in all it turned out to be a very pleasant experience....
One last thing... in my humble opinion it’s the little things that a company is prepared to do that adds value to the work and in that regard “The Boiler Shoppe” scores 10 out of 10.

The Boiler Shoppe is an amazing operation from A to Z!!!!! We had about 5 quotes and The Boiler Shoppe was in the middle of the pack. Steve gave us the quote and left us on our own to make our decision, which we really appreciated! AND we took over 2 months to make a decision. We took our time since it was a big decision to install 3 Mitsubishi indoor units. There were other companies / salespeople who, dare-I-say, almost "harassed" us to sign with them. This turned us off and these companies didn't get good ratings on Home Stars.
Ahmed and crew showed up punctually on work day and they did an incredibly professional job. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain things. You could totally surmise that Ahmed has TONS OF EXPERIENCE installing ductless Air Conditioners.
Also, manager Steve showed up on installation day as well to check on the work, to see how things were going. We really really appreciated this!
All in all, if I could give more than a 10 star rating, I would!!!!!!!!!

Have used a different company who installed 6 units over 20 years. When it came time to replace some of them we decided to shop around, and are glad we did. Everyone at The Boiler Shoppe /Ductless A/C - from the sales person and installation team to the office staff were professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The job was done on time, on budget and to our complete satisfaction. We will be switching our boiler business to them as well. I highly recommend this firm.
