When I needed to replace a broken HVAC system, I contacted several companies, including Ductless (via Boiler Shoppe). Unlike the other candidates (who were confused and tardy), the Boiler Shoppe staff were efficient and attentive, and made things easy for me. They installed 2 exterior condensers and 4 indoor wall units in a timely manner. I was pleased with their professional work. I would give them 5 stars but for two quibbles: One worker forgot to turn the gas back on, leaving us with no hot water until the next afternoon. Another stepped on my rug in his work boots, instead of alerting me so that I could roll it up out of the way. On a more positive note, I did find the workers respectful and
informative.

The room on the third floor wasn't getting enough heat, we contacted The Boiler Shoppe and they suggested a Ductless heat pump unit, Pat and the installers were amazing during the whole process, they answer all our questions and the new Mini Split unit works perfectly. The project was done quickly and tidily we recommend them.

Our 2 1/2 story, 100+ year house runs on a hot water radiator system. We used the fan, opening windows at night, and blinding the windows by day method for over 40 years. It works, until the nights stay hot - increasing so these years. Ductless provided more than care, professionalism, speed, attention to detail, but also respect for our old house. We're running the units today - four heads cool the house beyond what we expected. I also choose them as they had insurance coverage for the installers - installers on ladders! Vey happy.

Pat, at Boiler Shoppe, came in and quoted for us on a two unit, four head ductless heat pump system. Very Knowledgeable, honest, and smart about how to best cool our older house, and how to place the units. The install team was very professional, and explained how to use the units, and took some effort to conceal the cooling cables that need to run to the heat pump units. I feel very confident recommending this excellent company.
