The product is great; however the customer service and efficiency of this company is TERRIBLE! We put in our order of 11 windows, 2 doors, and 3 sliding doors in April 2021...here is the timeline of this nonsense.
July 2021 - Windows were installed, screens came scratched and the indoor trim replacement was incorrect (not the same style or size of trim, and some of our drywall was damaged).
Aug. 2021 - Service ticket went in for trim and screens.
Nov. 2021 - All doors were supposed to be installed. Out of 5 doors only 1 was correct. Our side door wasn't measured properly and was an inch too long, and the 3 sliding doors were white on the inside instead of the black that was ordered. We were then told that they didn't have a timeline for when the side door could be replaced, and they offered us $300 per sliding door to just keep them how they were. We refused, and were told it could be summer 2022 before we get them.
Jan. 2022 - We finally got word about our service ticket for the trim, screens, and doors only because we threatened to write a poor review. All of a sudden the side door and service ticket was going to be done in Feb. and our sliding doors would be installed in May.
Feb. 2022 - Side door was installed, however only 1 of the 9 screens that needed to be replaced fit properly, and the installers didn't have any material for the trim...
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we've had a job supposed to be done on our house, it has been incomplete or wrong. We have talked to multiple people and keep getting pushed around; no one can really tell us what is going on and it's very disappointing as we THOUGHT we had chosen a great company. At this point, we just want to get these jobs done and part ways.
