Hey Justin, thanks for the great review of your installation. We 100% agree we will all be better off as we adjust to a post-pandemic world. We apologize for the delays and that updates were few and far between. This is because updates really were few and far between for us too, but we definitely could have done a better job of touching base and letting you know that we were waiting on the product just like yourself.
