I signed contract to replace patio door in May 2020. Expectation was to have it installed within 8 weeks. I did not hear any update on installation date. I called few times and the response was "we have no ETA". After a long wait, I was called for an installation date of Nov 2020, which I declined due to weather so I asked to schedule installation for early spring 2021. When they finally arrived to install, we discovered color of mini blinds do not match the order. They took back the door and replaced mini blinds at their own warehouse. Came back for installation in May 2021. Overall, it took them a long time to get the door and still managed to get wrong colour. Their customer service should be improved with actual ETA. However, their installation team was fantastic. They did great job installing the door. Thank you!!
