Super nice, super professional, ameable with sincere willing to help. I experienced their extreme patience dealing with every single little detail... Responsive to all the mind changes... Providing sincere and professional opinions.
Answering emails, texts, requests, concerns with satisfying and fulfilling answers and solutions.
The after sale service is something I really admire and highlight. Even after the possession date... They are always willing to provide the best service.

Art Homes and the owner, have been nothing but a pleasure. We have been in our home 3 years now, with no issues what-so-ever, and love it. The quality, design, construction, I wouldn't change a thing. The owner has been there to support us and answer any questions we have had...even still to this day. I do not hesitate to recommend this company. Quality and customer service are rare these days...they have both.

Art Custom Homes are amazing builders. I built my home in 2013. They helped me with customizing my dream home. Tips and advice they give on things you don't know is what I liked most. Customer service is awesome too. I have had no issues so far with the quality as the builder is so involved during construction that defects don't occur. I recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have been with them since 2015 and their services are great. They are good with their clients and they helped me a lot. They are here for me anytime I called them. I would recommend art and custom homes to anyone who wants to buy a home.

We sit in disbelief that this house is truly ours. the whole process from start to finish was incredible, we loved being so hands on with the choices. Our experience with ART homes. We purchased our 'forever' home a little over a year ago and in a word, it has been excellent.

From the start Arman (the owner) was very easy to talk to and bounce ideas off. He was very willing and able to make changes and give on the spot prices (which were evident he wasn't profiting on the changes because the costs were low).

For us garage space was a big priority, I wanted a tandem garage , he suggested a double tandem (2 cars wide and double the depth) I jumped at the idea , when it came to price , he gave us a price that was 'too good to be true'. The process continued this way, with him telling us everything we 'wanted to hear' ( we talked to alot of builders ) . We agreed on all the details and changes we wanted and at the end of the meeting I was excited but worried; it was almost too good to be true, when we left the meeting there was one of two opinions about Arman. He was either the greatest salesman I had EVER met; OR he was an honest to goodness genuine contractor. He turned out to be the latter, and then some.

We didn't have many issues with the house, both through the building process or our first year (he was very transparent about the build process , evident he had nothing to hide and confident in his homes .. and we can see why now!) But when we did have minor issues ( which was half our fault during design). He made compromises he didn't have to make, and consessions that most builders wouldn't have even considered. He was more than fair and always professional and friendly, you will get a good energy from him, and it's genuine, he proved himself and his company to us through this process.

It may sound like I am a spammer or I was paid to praise the company or Arman. I assure you I am not. We built in Leduc and I am happy to speak to anyone directly if they would like to fact check or check previous clients. That being said , he gave us numbers of past clients for us to talk to - not knowing what they would say. ( He asked them for permission first ) they all said positive things about ART homes. As will I if you care to ask.

I would highly reccomend ART homes to family/ friends or anyone I cared about.

Any issues we have had thus far have been very minor, and typical in any new home. And things that did need a little touch up here or there were addressed promptly. One call and it was solved within days. I never had to chase Arman down to ask a question or get ahold of him. He calls back , he deals with issues hastily , and most importantly he's flexible, he is willing to work with you to find a solution that works for everyone, this is perhaps the quality that most shines about him and ART homes.

I know I sound like a paid review or like it was internal but I honestly don't have a bad word to say about our ART homes experience. There was hiccups , of course but they were minor ( alot had to do with us changing our minds on colours / materials etc..) all the staff were very polite and easy to deal with. To sum up. Do your research, talk to builders , ask questions, look at reviews , talk to existing clients and make your decision, we did. And if we were to do it again we'd land at the same builder, ART homes.

Staff at ART Homes Inc are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm very happy with my house and highly recommend choosing them to build your next dream home with them.

My husband and I planned to buy a house this year. So when we we’re searching for a trusted mortgage broker, we checked his profile in social media. All of a sudden, upon browsing his photos there were particular photos that struck me. It was the house. His brand new house! I told him I want the same house. When the realtor brought us to Art Homes show home at The Orchards, that was the 1st and last, we never search for another one. After seeing that prepossessing art we fell in love right away. PLUS Arman and his team was very accommodating, all our upgrades/request/wants was looked after. They are easy to contact and to deal with. All in all our experience with ART HOMES was beyond expectations!!!! Highly recommended builder!!!

First let me state that although it may sound like it, I do not work for ART Custom Homes nor have any affiliation with the company other than being a customer, correction, an extremely satisfied customer.
Our new home build with ART Homes was our fifth new house build, and the first with ART Homes. And I must say what an exceptional experience it was to work with Arman and his team at ART Homes. The professionalism and competency of ART Homes was truly second to none. Arman was a pleasure and joy to work with, he wasn't building us a house, he was building our home. And what a home he created, it is absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really shows in the end product. It was refreshing to sit down with a builder who would take the time to get to understand what the customer wants and needs in the home and share in the same vision.
ART Homes has a wonderful selection of doors, tiles, hardware, trims, and list goes on. It is sometimes hard to envision samples and how they will appear in the finished home, and Arman was able to expertly provide us with assurances and suggestions on how things would blend together to create an exceptional and functionable home.
We would strongly recommend to anyone considering building a new home to get in contact with Arman and the ART Homes team, we would definitely build with ART Homes again, however they did such a wonderful job that this will be the last new home we will ever build.

We purchased a spec home built by Art Custom Homes through a realtor. Arman and his team were fantastic to deal with. We had 2 purchases of our previous home fall through and after many amendments, Arman stuck with us till our 3rd deal closed. The move in and walk through went very smooth. Any questions or concerns, (as minor as they were) that we had, we answered and addressed very quickly. We are very happy with our forever home!
