LCC did my drive and walkways Oct 2017
The width forms of the walk had to be corrected from what the owner and I discussed There was obviously miscommunication to staff
My new siding was broken when they put in the walkway forms and acknowledged by the owner. I was told it would be fixed Oct 2017,but it was not. He was given the work sheet from the company that did the siding with all necessary information. But it was not done.
I let it go until Spring of 2018 and called twice for acknowledgment that it would be fixed, leaving courteous messages, as they did not answer phone.
As of May 10 2018 I have not heard back to confirm it would be taken care of. This has been quite stressful to not get a courtesy call it would be dealt with. I am sure they would not be happy if this occurred at their homes.
After all is said and done I have to make an amendment as it turns out they have had my siding replacement piece ready to go and had full intentions to finish the job
But as a customer being ignored re the pending job was unnecessary and from my point of view was being ignored 3 times for communication
indicating to me I was being dismissed
It would have taken just one phone call in response to my inquiries to ensure me the job would be done.
I MUST ALSO SAY THE DRIVE AND WALKWAYS WERE AN EXCELLENT JOB
