The technician showed up at the start of his projected timeframe, and immediately began trouble shooting with the information I gave him about my own trouble shooting.
He explained what he was doing each step of the way so I understood his process. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The problem wound up being solved during his diagnostic.
I will absolutely call again when I have a problem I can't fix.
Edit: Had a leak in my fridge fixed by him as well a few days later. Quick and knowledgeable service.
