So. I was referred to triforce through guelph home renovation, we were trying to get ideas and ask a professional what we can potentially do for 300,000$ as we have simply just outgrown the home and needed more living space. So triforce then sent c9 design christine turnridge, and she did an amazing job designing yes, but heres where things go wrong. She initally came and asked what we were hopeful of designing but did not seem to take any notes what so ever, i pitched her some ideas and consistently said if im within budget then yea why not. She then proceeds to design a 3 story home with 3 bathrooms upstairs, balconys, the works. Sure looks great. But financislly she would not tell us ANYTHING regarding cost, i asked about a builder coming to inspect the home to see is structural beams are sound. I asked her and told her that we did not want to design something that would be an unreasonable ask because we dont want to waste our time nor theirs.. next we get our design made, she did a zoom call and tweeked everything, great, house looked immaculate. But the question still kept being avoided. How much is this going to cost,? Is this within budget? Turns out you are going to design your dream home! After you send 2750$ deposit and sign the contract. But then watch the majority of it get ripped away because she has literally no clue of cost. We were then roughly quoted double the budget fornour drawings. We were stunned.. upset.. that this entire process happened because the designer wouldnt listen to the basic questions.. she came in and i feel like she just did what she wanted to get the contractors the most money possible..i send christine an email "can you design something within the 300,000$" and no response, she will cut ties after pretending to be extremely personal and have great communication but we got the literal opposite.. what do we do at this point? Its been almost 3 months, i finally get a proposal that they brought down to around 325,000 but in the proposal there is extra costs. Im left with an unfinished home, and im left with a bill way over budget. Im then told that the process will involve retweeking it, so i had to remove basically 50% of the project that she kinda steered us toward.. That is just extremely unrealistic. We were misled.. after i was contacted by triforce i mean the conversation with him was okay.. of course he did his job with what he had to work with.. but when we asked all these questions we got nothing.
Ended up cancelling, just so off put by what happened here. Be warned. And good luck.

We recently did a very large renovation with Tri- Force over the course of approximately 7 months. In order to build separate living areas for our two kids, we transformed an old storage attic to a loft bedroom, changed the layout of the basement, added a kitchenette, and remodeled the laundry room to increase its size and to make the layout more functional. The team at Tri- Force was professional and they met with us regularly to ensure we were satisfied with the progress. They accommodated our unique and special requests and went out of their way to ensure we achieved our vision for the new spaces. One of my favorite aspects of Tri -Force is an app they use to track daily progress and invoicing. I was out of town for most of the renovation but was able to check progress every day in pictures on this app. Also, any changes/ upgrades we wanted were automatically tracked and displayed in the app so we could see the cost of the renovation at any time, so there were no questions or discrepancies. I absolutely loved working with Tri Force and I will never use another service for my renovation needs!

Very good quality of work. Everything completed on time with no problems. Triforce staff were a joy to deal with.

This is my 2nd renovation with Triforce. This time we designed a custom wine cellar with a hidden entrance from the kitchen. It has stairs behind the door which leads down to the wine cellar with custom millwork. What a beautiful and unique addition to our home. If you want a one of a kind addition to your home I highly recommend Triforce!

We had a pleasant experience working with Triforce. There were very few hiccups; they maintained reasonable timelines and stayed within budget. They were easy to work with and they went out of their way for us as our needs changed.

This is our second renovation with Triforce Construction. They turned our very outdated basement into a beautiful in-law suite for my mom. The suite included a brand new kitchen and bathroom with a renovated bedroom and living room. They also thought to install a chair lift to make it easier for my mom. They are a very professional and trustworthy company that I would not hesitate to use for any future renovations

Triforce designed a terrific kitchen for me which opened up the existing space and made it far more aesthetically pleasing and functional. My new kitchen is light-filled, sleek, and well organized. They had superb advice concerning appliance and countertop options. The project ended up costing a fraction of what I had originally anticipated and included many features I thought were out of my price range.

Moreover, they didnt just hand off a design but worked with contractors to make sure everything arrived and was installed according to plan. I would recommend Triforce unconditionally!

Reinforce Construction did a wonderful remodel of our laundry room. This was the second time we have worked with Triforce, and we would highly recommend them.

Triforce Construction did a main and second floor renovation for me on a 120 year old home. The home had never been renovated and needed a lot of updating. With all of the work that needed to be done, they managed to get it done on time for my move in date. They were professional and were easy to work with. They provided me with a app/schedule that I can track on my phone so I can see the week by week progress. This was very helpful for knowing when to schedule deliveries and when to provide items on site for.
