Saverio presented a business card using "Les Entreprises SAVCO" as the company title but gave a quote using the company title "SM Renoservices"; neither show the company registration number.
Demanded a 60% down payment before starting the job in order to buy the material, promised to deliver the material to our property but never did. Promised to finish the job in one week (which is installing a fence by the way), but barely worked over the course of 3 weeks, and finished around 20% of the job. He only worked few hours a week, I'm assuming he was doing this with all his customers, where he hops from one site to another. He's not an honest person, he gets inventive with his excuses. At the beginning he was answering his calls and texts, but not anymore. I hired another contractor and he told me that Saverio did a very bad job, the posts are not aligned and not deep enough, with a simple push they are falling. Saverio uses Kijiji to advertise his services.
