I’ve been using Owen Wamboldt’s company for 3 years to keep my aging pool heater going each year and they are always reliable, prompt, and charge a reasonable price.
This year I was so pleased with their service I felt I had to write this review. Owen and Matt were very quick to respond to my request for an appointment during a busy time of year and they were able to make it over within 3-4 days. The service team they sent spent about 90 minutes trying to diagnose the inconsistent wiring issue and ordered a part. When Matt returned a few days later with the part but found it did not solve the issue, I was not charged and Matt spent many many calls with the Jandy company tech to talk out the issue. Having traced it to a circuit board I had changed out by them last year, they treated it like a warranty issue with Jandy and when Matt changed some sensors associated with the board (fixing the problem)- they wouldn’t even take any money I offered to them for about the 4+ hours their teams had spent tracking down the issue. These guys are smart, honest and driven professionals, and I’ll be using them for all my pool heater and furnace maintenance for the forseeable future. Very pleased to strongly recommend the Wamboldt Team to anyone else. (Ps: had to put $1 in as cost due to Homestars review requirements but like I said… it was all warranty work.)
