Mint Duct Cleaning

Used Homestars to get a quote for duct cleaning as we had just recently done our basement and havent had our ducts cleaned in years. Ray was quick to respond, upfront about pricing and gave great explanations as to what would be done. We selected Mint based on great (recent!) reviews and having a good sense of the level and detail of service we would be receiving.

The day of, they actually arrive early for their appointment. Ray and his staff were very friendly, polite, and took care to explain each step of what they were doing. They even showed before and after pictures inside the ducts. They would go into each vent and blast with air several times to push debris and dust down, as well as spray the ducts with a natural disinfectant. After each vent was done, they would vacuum the main line, and even snaked it to help loosen anything settled there. I could hear tons of debris in our vents flowing thru their vacuum pipe. Afterwards, they cleaned up after themselves, put everything back in its place and Ray even suggested a number of things to improve on, like how to ensure it stays clean and dust free. All in all, very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Ray was very understanding and accommodating to our tight schedule, as my wife was expected to go into labour that week. He and his team did an excellent job cleaning our ducts and vents, and went above and beyond doing more than what was asked for. They made sure the ducts were properly cleaned and did not charge us an extra dime for the extra work that they did. Their prices were as discussed with no hidden fees. They did not upsell their services, which a lot of companies do and I really appreciated their honesty. They showed us before and after pictures and we were amazed at how clean it was after they completed the job. Definitely recommend them to any one looking for good customer service while getting the job done properly! We will definitely be contacting them again for their services in the future.

OMG OMG I just got Duct Cleaning for the very first time. I found Mint Duct Cleaning by a positive review on the App The Neighbour. It was nothing like what my sister told me it would be. She had hers done before Covid by a random company. Rayan and Feris from Mint Duct Cleaning turned up and went to work and set up right away. I asked lots of questions and they answered them. As well they would constantly show me what was going on. They took photos to show be Before and After as I stood there. At each step I got more and more amazed at the benefits of what their process was doing for me.

I never knew how disgusting my vents were past the point of where my Mele vacuum hose reachedd. Mint Duct Cleaning use high powered suction hoses and blowers. As well they sprayed a germ killing cleaner
that is used in hospitals. All Natural.

When Rayan started to go into the actual furnace near the end he pulled out a giant Dust Bunny. It literally was the size of my Cat. I actually screamed in disbelief. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Just before that he went over to a vent in the basement which I always ignored. And he pulled out small and medium size Dust Balls.

I was so happy at all they had done for me when Rayan went ahead and sealed all the leaks in my vent system next to the furnace/air con. That
was a bonus because I had tried but was unsuccessful. Definitely they are a higher end Duct Cleaning Service.

Excellent experience!! Rayan is one of the most professional people we have seen. This one was not a easy job as we had a big bird nest in the bathroom vent. Rayan not only removed and cleaned it but he also cleaned up the area thoroughly before he left!! He is friendly, polite and also knowledgelable and explained all of it to us.

I did the gold package with sanitizing , cleaning blower fan, AC, dryer vents. Ray was on time and did the job in time. His helper was diligent in doing his part with no stress to me the owner. Took the time to show each task and the purpose of it. Answered all my questions about where dust comes from , areas to watch for, filters to use. Showed before and after pictures. Took the time to do it right even when I had tight space in the HVAC area.

I was very skeptical about hiring duct cleaners as I had a bad experience with a company I found in the coupon books. This time I did my research and read the reviews and decided to call Rayan as he came highly recommended. Rayan took the time to speak with me, he was very kind and professional and assured me he stood behind his work. I am not the slightest bit disappointed with my decision, the service received from Rayan and his assistant was exceptional, they were efficient and did an extremely thorough job making sure to show me the process of what they were doing every step of the way. Rayan and his team were professional, courteous, detail oriented and extremely friendly. They showed me live video, before and after shots, and explained every step. This is an owner operated business and Rayan is a class act from the start to finish. They earned my highest recommendation.

Mint lived up to its stellar ratings. Arrived 15 minutes early which was helpful as his colleague was absent. Ray confirmed if this was acceptable which it was. Ray was professional, informative throughout the whole process and competitively priced. Provided useful tips such as sealing the main duct connectors and choice of furnace filter which he provided one for free. Very efficient and tidy and no upselling pressures. Highly recommend this company for duct cleaning.

Ray and his assistant were prompt, professional and reliable doing a duct cleaning for my 30 ducts. They did a great job and were easy and pleasant to dela with. Excellent service provided.

Prompt response to my initial inquiry, arrived on time, explained the process, and provided a thorough cleaning. But thats not what made the experience exceptional.

You can tell from the first encounter Ray and his team truly love what they do and care about their work. This was the first time we used their service, and I will absolutely be hiring them again!
