Ray, the owner and his associate Yousef were very polite, courteous and professional. Ray explained to us in detail about the entire process and the cost, before starting the work. He also advised us on a couple of other issues we had, and provided some great tips and recommendations as well. Ray went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly.
