I contacted Chris to replace my damaged shower base. It was installed 5 year ago and the grout had failed. Chris came over within the week to have a look. I was impressed with his follow up and communication skills right away. The quote was submitted on time and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Everyday he left, the washroom and surrounding area was cleaner than when he arrived!
