I bought a house but didn’t realize the grout was chipping away. Water leaked through the wall for a long time before I figured it out. Then I tried to get someone to look into it off and on for months. I finally called Mike and he was able to squeeze me in 2 days later! Good thing because there was black mould happening. He was professional and friendly and it looks amazing. It was a bigger job than we thought because of the mould but I’m grateful to him for helping me out. He also brought his painter, Shane who patched and painted. I’m happy with the cost. I think it’s a fair price. I’ll hire Mike and Shane again.

Mcf is incredibly responsive, diligent, and cost effective. The team goes out of its way to deliver a high quality and efficient service at a reasonable rate. I have had several small projects for my rental home and Mfc provided excellent services through the various projects, which include: assembly and construction of a storage shed (including construction of a wooden under pad), installation of window well protectors, and flood damage remediation and related preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company and couldn’t be more satisfied with the services rendered to date.

Re-calking of bathtub, and installation of fire detectors. Mike is a friendly, honest worker, and would definitely hire him back!

Whole house update and upgrade. New kitchen design, new half-bath constructed, new doorway opened up, full bath refresh, new trim throughout, old flooring removed ready for flooring subcontractor's installation of new materials, front porch ceiling replaced and refaced.

The contractor built a foundation for my shed and assembled the shed. The contractor went above and beyond to make the job perfect.

We needed our deck refinished. We had the materials to complete the deck ourselves; however with 3 kids and my husband working full time, we just couldn’t get to it... as our summer was passing us by. Mike didnour parents deck and he was able to fit us in, with a last minute cancellation. He got the job done and we are very happy with the quality of labour and the finished product!
