They never made us feel rushed, provided their expert opinions where we needed it and made sure to give us the best pricing possible for the products we purchased(showing comparable products as it made sense for more savings). Everything came in a perfect, and timely manner, communicating along the way so that we wouldn't miss a beat with our bathroom renovation project. I would highly recommend!

Our experience with Elegant Bathrooms was nothing but positive from beginning to end.
Patrick started the whole process by coming and measuring the site and listened to our vision and adding his professional opinion where he thought necessary.
Betty helped with all the design features and planning the layout with experienced insight and knowledge.
Roger (and sons) and Tom were nothing but professional all the way. They were on time and came when they said they would and were very clean and left the work site tidy every day. They took pride in their workmanship and we would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a bathroom renovation. They worked closely with us when there was an unexpected issue ( due to previous contractors) that need to be addressed before the job could continue. We came to a mutual decision and we all adapted to the plan changes very easily.

I had the pleasure of Elise helping get out of a jam needed a sink she hooked me up same day. Very professional empathetic courteous and just all around lovely person. Elegant Bathrooms did a superb job of renovating our basement bathroom. Patrick and his team transformed what had become a badly deteriorated and mould infested dungeon over many years of use. The design process was attentive to our needs, collaborative, and careful. Having the various products available to see and experience in one well equipped showroom was a big plus. As the job progressed, it turned out that some additional work was required that had not been in the original plan. Patrick kept us informed of developments, discussed options, and provided non-pressurized advice. The work crew, led by Roger, were friendly, considerate, and tidy. They worked carefully with great attention to detail. The finished bathroom, although it might have cost a bit more than we originally intended, exceeded our expectations. The quality of the finishing work is exceptional. The dungeon has become the best room in the house!

Our bathroom went from the ugliest room in the house to the most beautiful, all ahead of schedule. Patricks expertise helped us with the layout and finishes while keeping within our budget. Seeing the options on display in the showroom made such a huge difference and Elise provided an excellent 3D drawing to bring it to life to help with our decisions. Roger, our installer, was meticulous. He laid the tiles out perfectly and consulted with us during the installation as needed. Any concerns were addressed straight away to ensure we were happy with the finished product. From start to finish Patrick was always available if needed and always pleasant and friendly. We are so pleased with the outcome! Overall, a great experience!

We are redoing our master bath and needed some help to pull our ideas into a solid plan. Patrick was amazing and with two Geminis he was able to negotiate and guide us into a design that we both love.
