My fireplace kept shutting down with the Pilot off too. It turned out that the Pilot needed adjusting and increasing as it was not heating the sensor enough. Technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job of servicing, cleaning and adjusting. Very clean job with no mess at all. Highly recommend.

Josh at KDM serviced my 20 year old gas fireplace and made it run great and look new highly recommend.

I highly recommend using KDM Home & Gas. We needed to replace our 25-year old furnace and old AC unit and Dan was very quick to come to our house to assess the work. Dan designed a cost-efficient solution to update our old set up to accommodate a modern energy-efficient HVAC system and AC unit. His experienced and knowledgeable team did a fantastic job with the installation and expertly problem-solved a few issues related to our old house. Dan was transparent and upfront about the cost and different options, he and his team came when they said they would, responded promptly to communications and were true professionals. We had a great experience with this company from start to finish!

Called Dan at KDM a few times for repair or advice - always picks up phone or gets back right away. Polite, timely, efficient service. Just had a pool heater and pump installed. Justin and Josh were excellent technicians. Professional, tidy work, and the unit is working amazing. They took us through everything after so we would know how to run it. We recently purchased a home with two gas fireplaces. One of them would not stay on although the pilot light was lit; the other had a flame so small you could barely see it. Tyler and Kyle were amazing. They arrived on time, were super friendly and in no time both fireplaces were cleaned and working great. I highly recommend them.

We got KDM in to fix our on/off switch and the back burner wasnt working either. Liam got the switch working on the first click and adjusted flames to get all burners to work.
While he was here we thought our furnace humidifier had stopped working and he tuned it up as well.
Thought we needed a new fireplace and humidifier but they only needed adjusted.
Overall very happy with the service and would recommend to everyone.

The 2 service guys showed up on time and from the time they started there goal was to repair not to replace
They did the repair cleaned everything to do with the fireplace and left absolutely nothing even indicating they had even been there

Absolutely incredible service!!! My pool heater was leaking and wouldn't start. I made the call to Daniel who was able to send Liam out later that day to fix the problem. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them and do business with them again soon!
