Lea Appliance Repair

Good morning. It is both a pleasure and honor to share my review of Lea Appliance Services.
My experience with this company started approximately two years ago when one of their technicians - Alex, came to repair my refrigerator. I admired his promptness, professionalism, courtesy, politeness, honesty and explanation for the cause of my issue, symptoms and behaviors is not fixed along with ideal realistic expectations in future performance.

Well, this Christmas, I reached out to Lea Appliances again for support as the fridge needed repairs again, because I'd not fixed the issue completely as Alex had suggested the year before. I spoke with Edgar and explained my issued. I'm appreciative for the fact that he did his very best to set up an appointment with me within a realistic time frame to access the situation and gave me a full breakdown of what was happening. Needless to say that Edgar was very prompt as well, in being their at the time promised. Within less than a minute he was explaining to me symptoms of water leakage, as a result of my issue. He further explained the cause of the problem, and that this problem is well known to him and his team. I liked the fact that he was very confident in suggesting what parts needed to be changed, in order to fix the issue. Edgar is very polite, calm, respectful and easy to communicate with on various levels. He stated realistic time frames to obtain parts and return to repair. This was all wrapped up in a few days when he brought all necessary equipment and a trainee to work with him on my refrigerator. Their instructions were clear, as they also helped us in clearing out stuff from our freezer; this was after they'd asked for us for a towel to be placed before the fridge to minimize any possible thawing and water leakage from the refrigerator. This act alone demonstrates consideration and respect for our home, as well as to my wife, as she does everything in her power to maintain cleanliness in our home.

I certainly appreciate working with you guys - Lea Appliances and will honestly say that your professional and personal image is absolutely commendable. This is my second meet and your team and you'll be my contact for repairs, if needed in the future.
I will most definitely recommend you to anyone I know who needs refrigerator or electrical repairs, as your process of troubleshooting and recommendations for repair, are cemented by your honest actions in aspiring to meet your customers service and expectation.
