I have solicited Kevins service on secondary suite in the past and currently working with him on rezoning a residential property. Kevin provides more than drafting work. He is very knowledgeable in the municipal criteria on permit process and has coached me in navigating through the challenges. His pricing is fair and service goes above and beyond. Kevin is extremely professional and excellent at what he does. I've worked with him on multiple projects and it was fantastic. Not only did Kevin finish everything in a timely manner, but also answered millions of questions via text, email, or phone. I was a bit concerned however throughout the process but Kevin guided me through everything. From getting the permits submitted to completing plans and having them stamped by a structural engineer. The workflow was seamless. I would highly recommend Kevin and look forward to on working other projects in the future. 5/5 would recommend.

Kevin was very prompt in coming out for the consultation and to take measurements of my client's project. He did a really good job of drafting our plans with the proposed addition so we could take that to the city of Airdrie for review.

Kevin provides faster services with good understanding of calgary city bylaw. I had 3 storey home. He managed to get apprival from city so I could start my home on time. He is always available by phone and email. His price is pretty competitive also. I would use him for my future projects.

Excellent, meticulous drawings ready to send off to the city for renovations, but for now helpful with getting quotes from contractors. Kevin was great for listening to and incorporating detailed feedback with patience and professionalism. Would recommend for projects you're wanting to get drawn up.
