The first company that took a look at my doors wanted to replace whole door frames, which would've been quite expensive. Plus, the doors work fine they just don't seal very well. Leo was the second one to come have a look. He offered a far more reasonable solution which just involved moving the seal to a different location and to make a few minor adjustments. I was able to get an appointment just two days later. Leo was punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. I have no complaints.

Leo caulked and weather-stripped all the windows and doors to our house fitting us in before the weather got too cold for caulking! It was much appreciated, finished timely and professionally and a noticeable difference to the draftiness of our house!

Leo did a wonderful for us and we will certainly have him back and recommend him.

Very impressive work ,hung both doors on in the time he committed too.What impressed me was that he went above and beyond by filling in some cracks we had in the drywall away from the doors.

We had never undertaken organizing a major renovation before. We interviewed a number of contractors in person and by phone but once Leo came to have a look, we knew we had found our contractor. Dutch Pride takes immense pride in its work. Our bathroom reno was not an easy one. Many original structural problems were found along the way. Dutch Pride took care of it. We had a tendency to keep adding on changes such as in-floor heating and a heated towel rack. Again, no problem for Dutch Pride. We were left with the most beautiful safest bathroom we could have ever imagined. We can’t wait to remodel our kitchen! We know who we will be calling. Dutch Pride.

We previously worked with other contractors and had bad experiences, but Leo was the polar opposite from them. He made design recommendations based on our style, helped us save money on materials through his connections, showed up and stayed from 8am-3pm everyday unless he had to pick up material on the way. He didn't try to juggle a bunch of jobs at the same time like most other contractors, where they would show up for an hour or two and then take off and not respond for days. Leo was always responding to us immediately and made sure we were happy with everything before he finished the job. The pricing was also very reasonable and always provided us with detailed breakdowns. Very reliable and trustworthy company, which is a hard quality to find in contractors these days!
