Cristian was an absolute professional! He arrived on time, kept us informed of the work he was going to do and approximately how long it would take. He was great about working around our schedule and meeting the deadline.
During install he identified a deficiency from another contractor (a window had been installed slightly crooked) that would impact the appearance of the shower tile. He suggested options and asked for our direction on how to proceed.
The outcome of the work - tile, grouting and silicone - is absolutely perfect! It looks and feels fantastic (no ridges or uneven tiles). Impeccable!
We'll be calling West Sense for all of our future projects involving tile!
