In 1984 we moved into one of the all electrical homes of the mid 1960s in Mississauga. The house had the usual electrical conveniences including an electric furnace and air conditioner.
It was not too long before we converted to a gas furnace. But unfortunately, we still have some remnants of the electric furnace in the form of the electric panel box.
We had a 200 amp electrical service which is split into 2 x 100 amp electric panels, a total of 6 separate boxes.
Jerry removed the electrical monster and installed a single 200 amp electrical service panel which is appropriately inspected and certified. This was a single day operation.

Jerry upgraded my panel and installed a new outlet for my Tesla. He did a professional job and got the ESA certification right after. Supper happy with his work; will definitely work with him in the future and recommend him to friends. I had worked with other electricians in the past but Jerry by far is the best.

Excellent service. Jerry came to investigate the baseboard problem (no heat) and determined that a wire had been severed during some previous work. He and a colleague came and ran a new wire from outside and got the heat working. Jerry was very courteous, explained everything, cleaned up very well afterwards. He was also able to replace the ballast lighting in the laundry room with LED lights. Very reasonable price too. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend his company.

So this electrician guy named Jerry upgrade my 100 amp panel to 200 amp, from the beginning of the quote to the end of the finished work, I would say he was one of the most helpful and professional electrician guy I’ve met, everything went smooth, especially when it only took 1-2 minutes for inspector to inspect the professional work that Jerry has done, I would definitely recommend Jerry.

Jerry was excellent in every respect. Timely, efficient, clean and a great guy. Install was perfect and everything was clean afterwards. I don't know what else to say as I need to get to 30 words, but he's the best.

Man oh man, the service is top notch. During the quote, Jerry was very thorough and inspected everything. During the work, Jerry was always on time and respectful. The work completed was well done, and high quality - they are perfectionists and it shows. I'm very happy with the end result and I'll be using Essence for any future electrical work. Needed someone to come on a somewhat urgent basis to install outlets/plugs in our basement. Jerry was attentive and punctual and did a first-rate job. We had some pre-existing issues with the wiring (our contractor had installed it wrong), but he was careful and methodical, and did his best to minimize the cutting in our brand new drywall. That required even more work on his end, and a lot of fishing for wires. We are now up and running!

Amazing interaction with Essence- specifically Jerry. He did electrical troubleshooting for my house which revealed it was due to faulty wiring by a previous electrician. He was professional, hardworking and reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
