Relocation of Furnace, water heater and AC

Sina and team were very professional and did a very clean job of relocating our furnace, water heater, ERV and Air Conditoner from the middle of our basement to the one corner. They completed the work in 3 days with extra effort to get it done on time and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

Installation of New Air Conditioner

100% would recommend Sina from Local Heating and Cooling. My AC died and I reached out him as a well as a few other companies. He was quick to reply and give me honest answers, not just try to sell me services and unnecessary upgrades. His price was competitive, he showed up fast and got the job done quickly and neatly. He even cleaned up the messy job the previous installers had made on the ducting around my furnace. I would definite use him again if I need help.

Water heater replacement well done

Water Filtration & Purification review in Kitchener

Sina completed the replacement of our water heater, moved our water softener to accommodate the new heater and installed an outside tap. The job was done on time and on budget. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

AIr condition Installation

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Kitchener

We always use Local Heating Cooling for our Air conditioner yearly maintenance as well as Furnace maintenance. This year After doing our AC maintenance they noticed that our Air Conditioner is on its way out and therefore was using an excessive amount of electricity. So we decided to go ahead with a new Air conditioner installation the next day.
Installation went smooth and as they described to us. Sina and his team were really professional as usual and answered all our questions. Our new AC is located on a new spot around they house and therefore we are not going to hear any AC notices during night time.
I have recommended Local Heating cooling to all my family and we all use him for our HVAC repair HVAC services and .
They definitely earn their great reviews.
